About Me

Hey! My name is Johan Vesters. I’m passionate about music, traveling, photography, nutrition and fitness (+ coffee and fruit loops). I became a nutrition coach to help you finally get the results you’ve been trying to achieve for all too long. I know exactly how you feel: you try diet after diet, but nothing seems to work. You manage to lose some weight in the short term, but never manage to keep it off. That was me a decade ago, spinning my wheels without success.

Now, it’s my mission to A) help you reach your goals and B) teach you how to continue on your own afterwards. Because I’m not here to get you some short term results. You and me, we’re in this for the long run.
